Major MTV concert Club MTV is coming to Swansea later this year!
Featuring seven hours of music, is taking place at the city’s Singleton Park on Saturday September 24.
The council has been working in partnership with the Welsh Government and MTV to bring the concert to Swansea.
Stars taking part will be confirmed over coming weeks, as well as information on how and where to buy tickets.
Cllr Robert Francis-Davies, Swansea Council’s Cabinet Member for Enterprise, Development and Regeneration, said: “We’re delighted, through partnership working with the Welsh Government and MTV, to be able to host a concert of this magnitude in Swansea in late September.
“The concert, which will follow on from Noel Gallagher’s performance at Singleton Park on September 2, will have a capacity for 20,000 people, further reinforcing Swansea’s growing reputation as a fantastic host city for live music.
“The performances form part of the Enjoy Swansea programme of events and activities that’s got something for everyone this summer and beyond.”

TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets are now on sale from the Ticket Master website and Derricks Records in Swansea. Priced at just £15 plus a booking fee, they can be purchased on either the Ticketmaster website or from Derricks Music on Oxford Street.
