Come and join our new yoga sessions at the National Waterfront Museum.
Our beautiful building is the perfect place to relax, stretch out your body and enjoy a mid-week re-charge.
Never tried yoga before? Don’t worry – these sessions are suitable for all levels and complete beginners are very welcome. Our experienced tutor will be there to guide you through. Find out how breathing, posture and relaxation can help to bring balance to busy lives.
Bring your own mat and blanket if possible (there will be mats available to borrow).
Language: Some of our staff speak Welsh, some are learning and others speak English only. Keep an eye out for the Iaith Gwaith lanyards to see who’s who. If you’re learning Welsh, give it a go!
