Fireworks and live staged entertainment form part of the Swansea Council event, with gates opening at 5pm.
Heart FM, Enjoy Swansea’s official radio partner, will also broadcast live from the event on the evening.
Advanced tickets are now available for Swansea’s Biggest Fireworks Display giving people the chance to save money compared to paying on the day/gate.
Cllr Robert Francis-Davies, Swansea Council’s Cabinet Member for Culture, Tourism and Major Projects, said: “Swansea’s Biggest Fireworks Display is a firm favourite on the annual Enjoy Swansea programme of events and activities, with the chance available until the end of the week for people to save money on early bird tickets.
“The event, which also includes live entertainment on stage, is cheaper than the cost of most DIY firework display kits, allowing people to enjoy spectacular firework displays in a safe, organised setting.
“I’d encourage anyone interested in going along to get their tickets by the weekend to make savings ahead of what’s sure to be a great evening of entertainment at St Helen’s.”
Details of live music acts at the event will be announced as soon as they’re finalised.
Tickets can either be bought from enjoyswanseabay.com or by calling 01792 637300. Tickets are also available from the Dylan Thomas Centre, Derrick’s Records, Bishopston Sports Centre, Cefn Hengoed Leisure Centre, Morriston Leisure Centre, Penlan Leisure Centre and Penyrheol Leisure Centre.
The live entertainment will start at 5.30pm, with the fireworks display starting at 7pm.
Car parking at the Recreation Ground will be free to ticket holders on a first come, first served basis. Additional car parking spaces will be available at the Brangwyn Hall or Guildhall car parks, with disabled car parking spaces at Victoria Park from Francis Street. Overflow car parking will also be available at the Civic Centre.
