We do like to celebrate in Wales; it’s a huge part of our Culture. Swansea leads the way when it comes to St David’s Day celebrations and this year we have 3 days of festivities.

Unfortunately, due to several severe weather warnings in place for Swansea over the next few days we have had to make a number of changes to this week’s Croeso Swansea event.*
Thursday 1 March, Saints, Songs and Celebrations, Brangwyn Hall, 6.30pm
*Due to several severe weather warnings in place for Swansea over the next few days, it is with great regret that Saints, Songs and Celebrations has been cancelled.*
Ticket holders who purchased their tickets online will be automatically refunded, and those who booked via telephone will be contacted to arrange their refund.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Friday 2 & Saturday 3 March, Croeso Food & Drink Festival, City Centre, 10am – 4pm

- Sadly, the planned Croeso Food & Drink Festival has been cancelled
- The live cooking demonstrations will still take place on Saturday 3 March, but have been moved to the National Waterfront Museum
There will be live cooking demonstrations from a number of chefs, including MasterChef star Imran Nathoo!
Saturday 3 March, A Welsh Celebration, City Centre, 10am – 4pm

- Live entertainment in Castle Square has been cancelled
- The Cwtsh Croeso Marquee activities will also take place and have been moved to the National Waterfront Museum
- Parêd Dewi will still take place as planned!
Parêd Dewi 2018 is set to be a spectacular parade through the city centre! With marching bands, stilt walkers, welsh choirs, giant inflatables and welsh themed floats (such as dragons, rugby and more), don’t miss this incredible St. David’s Day celebration! The Parade starts at 2.30pm and makes its way from the Kingsway, along Oxford Street, through the City Centre and down Wind Street before finishing up at the National Waterfront Museum.
